“I have many memories of the Island Games but one that stands out the most would be the absolute fantastic weather that was here that week and it just brought everyone together and it was truly amazing. ?The amount of people, that was on the island and it was one of the best things that’s ever been for this island. There was a lot of negativity that we wouldn’t handle it on the island, but I believe the Orkney people did a fantastic job with it, it was a very special week for the whole Island.” ?
